Providing a 3 custom made, in-house training courses for international Demand Planning teams of 28 forecasters, teaching statistical forecasting methods, systems and organisation using SAP’s Advanced Planner and Optimiser (APO), Demand Planning module (DP).

Forecasting of TV viewership in the UK using Neural Networks. Pilot study conducted to develop suitable models for forecasting of TV ratings in order to enhance advertising pricing decisions.

Pilot study on the impact of calendar events on forecasting distribution centre deliveries with statistical and neural network models for human resource scheduling at warehouses in the UK (with Lancaster PhD student Xi Chen).

Beiersdorf AG, Germany & Netherlands - Initiation, acquisition and supervision of workshop series for leading international consumer products manufacturer, teaching time-series analysis, decomposition, method selection, parameterisation and evaluation to Sales Forecast Team for application in the SAP-APO Demand Planner. Consultant on internal blueprint for organisational implementation of forecasting processes and exception reporting for international roll-out.
